  • Change of Mind
    We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. Because many of our products are made-to-order, cut-to-size, or specially packaged, orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    You must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos showing the damage
    • Packaging photos
    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or credit.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items
    If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products
    Custom products (e.g., cut flooring, custom windows/doors, special finishes) are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

  • Warranty Claims
    Many items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product category. Please contact us for warranty support.

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
